2) Enter the flight data:
After selecting the prefered flight, we offer a summary of the booking in which it indicates the price including airport taxes and fees.
You will have possibility to contract cancellation insurance, in case of that some flight is with low cost company you must indicate the number of bags to check in and the type of card.
Then you'll have to fill  the contact details of the passengers, the payment type data. It is good to verify all reservation data, the destination , dates and personal data.

3) Confirmation of flight reservation:
We'll show you your reservation reference and you will receive an e-mail confirmation with ticket voucher.

Yes, but not on the online platform (online platform allows for a maximum of 9 passengers per booking), in this case you should send an e-mail to  booking@armanstravel.com  with the quote request for groups (from 9 passengers), travel details, dates, etc.
We will analyze the routes seeing the operating companies and we will send you an e-mail with the price proposals, so you will have several options to choose the best option that suits your needs.

Our search engine provides scheduled flights and low cost flights. It is possible to mix companies and rates for each of the routes.

Tips:
- As sooner you will book your flight, the price will be cheaper because, generally, the price increases the closer the departure date.

Yes, during the booking process you will have the option to add the cancellation insurance.

To contract the insurance is optional for booking, but we recommend you  get the cancellation insurance and travel assured, because in the case if you want to cancel and / or modify the flight before departure date, the insurance guarantees refund of ticket cancellation costs in 29 cases that are covered by insurance.

If the flight is by low cost company, you should contact that company directly, as Arman's Travel can not make changes or cancellations on these airtickets.

If the flight is by regular company and you want to cancel or modify it, you should contact us through the contact section or by sending an e-mail to  booking@armanstravel.com  in order to be informed about the conditions of contract rate, the airline companies have their own penalties rules in accordance with the rates of reservation.

Once informed about the amount of the penalty and the possibility of cancellation / change  of your flight, if you are agree you should send an e-mail to booking@armanstravel.com  authorizing us this change with the specified conditions.

We advice you  that the name changes are not permitted by the airlines.
In a round-trip ticket  in case do not use the first flight  the return flight would be automatically canceled by the airline.

We recommend you get the  cancellation insurance that we will offer you the option to add it during the booking process that will cover the costs of such cancellationcosts in many cases.

An electronic ticket is that the airline directly registers all information of the reservation, passengers, numbers of tickets, references of reservations and the amount.
The electronic ticket works like the paper ticket as with electronic ticket in some cases you should pass through the check-in counters of airlines, but you can also get your boarding pass in advance through internet.

Simply present  at the check-in counter  your booking confirmation or flight locator number and identity document (Passport, ID).

If you want you can now get your boarding pass and make

Amadeus and Galileo are the systems used by airlines to store all the information about booking rates, availability, and the reservations made. The codes that identify your reservations and tickets are generated by this system.

Luggage for check-in: The luggage allowance depends on the airline, the fare paid and the route.

As a general rule the franchise on scheduled flights is about 20kg per passenger.
In low cost flights, we advise you to consult the rules of the airline, as all luggage charge per kg  depends on each company low cost.
On flights to America many companies are applying the pieces system, allowing a single piece of luggage per passenger with a maximum weight of 23kg.

Stroller: Transporting strollers usually are free of charge and it is not part of the free luggage allowance. It can lead to the aircraft and then stored in the hold. You can pick it up at the baggage claim area at the airport of destination. You should note that the transport of these items is not always guaranteed.


Hand luggage: For security reasons only allowed up to the cabine one piece of luggage per person. Measures of hand baggage may not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm and the maximum weight varies between 6kg-12kg (depending on the airline), so we advise to reconfirm this information with the airline itself.

The new security measures restrict the quantity of liquids or substances of similar consistency that passengers can take through security checks at Community airports.
The new rules do not limit the acquisition by the passengers of these liquids or substances in the shops (Duty Free) located beyond the control point where you show your boarding pass or on board an aircraft operated by an EU airline (EU).

These measures apply to all passengers departing from airports in the European Union (EU), in Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, regardless of their destination.

- Only allowed to carry in your carry small quantities of liquids, which should be in small individual containers with individual maximum capacity of 100ml. Each passenger must pack these containers in a transparent plastic bag with self closing no more than one liter capacity (bag measures approximately are 20cm x 20cm), to facilitate inspection of these products in the security controls. Passengers must obtain such bags before the start of your trip.

- At the airport, you must:
   - Present all liquids within the transparent bag separately from hand luggage and put it in the tray provided at security checkpoints for examination by security employees.
   - Remove your laptop or any other electronic device and placed in a separate tray.
   -Take off your jacket and / or coat and place on a separate tray.

You can carry in your hand luggage medicines and baby foods, for use during the trip, presenting them separately at security checkpoints, but not within the transparent bag.

NO, do not include the checked baggage. In the reservation process you must indicate how many bags you have for check-in and recalculate the total price of your reservation.

Check-in at the airport:
As a general rule, we recommend that for domestic flights the presentation at the check-in desk should be one hour and half before the flight departure, and for international flights should be  at least two hours before departure.
Take into account the waiting time at the check-in desk, security controls, the distances to the gate, etc. You should be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure.

   - If you have a nationality of a country of European Union and your destination is another country of European Union with the ID is enough, but if you travel another country of the world will require a passport.

Animal transport is subject to the rules of the airline itself and the provisions of the country of origin and destination.

Usually, Low Cost airlines do not allow  transport any animal as general rule.

In the case of scheduled airlines, transport for the domestic animals, must authorize the airline. Depending on the weight and size of these animals may travel in the passenger cabin or should do in the cargo hold. The price of transportation of animals varies from one company to another and according if travelling in the passenger cabin or cargo hold.

Select the destination city, the dates when you want to travel, the number of rooms and the number of people per room, noting the age of the children if it's necessary. It will show you a list of all available hotels with the total price of reservation of each option. You can filter the results by hotel name, by category, by regimen, etc..

2) Enter the data:
After selecting the desired hotel, we will show you  the summary of the booking with the total price of the reservation, hotel description, possible cancellation fees etc.
Then you'll have to fill the details of the holder of the booking and choose the payment type.

3) Confirmation of the reservation:

We will show the number of your reservation and you will  receive an e-mail confirmation with the booking voucher, you should print and present it at the hotel with proper identification, on it you will find the address and telephone number of the accommodation.

Yes, you should include all people and all children with their ages. The hotel has to have a forecast of people and ages of occupants to prepare the room with extra bed or crib, since there are some room types which do not fit in an extra bed or cot.
As a general rule, the check-in time starts from 14.00 o'clock on arrival day and check-out time is until 12.00 o'clock on departure day.
During the search and booking process you will have the possibility to be informed about the hotel description, facilities, room features, geographical location, etc..

Yes, it is necessary to inform to the hotel directly (on the booking voucher you can find the phone number) the estimated time of your arrival, because otherwise they can make available the room for other clients.

- If you leave the hotel before the due date, Arman's Travel not guarantee the return of the unused nights. We recommend you to ask a formal written notice of non-billing of unused days and send us a copy for their management.

-In case of to add more day once at destination, contact us and we will inform you about the room availability and the prices. You should make the payment of the extension of stay by credit card.

After the booking, we will send you by email the booking voucher, which you will need to print and submit in the hotel.

It is not necessary to submit invoices or other documents, as the required document by the hotel is this booking voucher.

At the end of the booking process will show you the different ways of payment for your booking. You can pay by credit card, debit card, by paypal system ...

- In case of the payment for reservation are in the hotel, you will be requested only your credit card data as guarantee. In the hotel you can pay by your prefered credit card or in cash.

It will show you a list of all available cars and the total price of the reservation of each option. You can filter the results by category of vehicles, transmission type, by fuel type, etc..
For more information on the type of vehicle, the fare conditions and insurance, just press the corresponding button "Rental Conditions" below of the each preferred vehicle.

Our prices are very competitive with "unique offers" and in most cases, the name of the car rental agent is not displayed within the search results and can only be confirmed after the booking. However, this depends on the agent and in some cases we can show this information at the time of booking.

After selecting the desired car, we provide you a summary of the reservation, the option to add any special equipment or an additional insurance.
Then you'll have to fill all the details of the driver and choose the payment type.

3) Confirmation of reservation:
It will show the number of your reservation and you will receive an e-mail of confirmation with the reservation voucher that you should print and present it at the pick-up office with proper identification, on the voucher you will find the address and phone number of the car provider.

Yes, you can easily change your booking details. You just need to file an amendment request on our online portal "Manage Booking ". Please note that amendments can take up to 48 hours to be processed, depending on the nature of the amendment. In some cases we might need to get in touch with you regarding your request, so please indicate a valid email address or phone number in the form.

Depending on the nature of the changes you want to make, additional cost might occur, for example in cases where the date needs to be changed and we cannot offer the same price as originally quoted. For further information, you can also contact us via phone.

Yes, you can do it, but keep in mind that such cancellation may involve a cancellation fee. Below are the cancellation policy:

We offer a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. If the booking is cancelled after 48 hours but before the scheduled pick-up time, we will charge an administration fee of €20. If the booking is cancelled after the scheduled pick-up time, no funds will be reimbursed.

Please note that when cancelling your car rental reservation, you are personally responsible for cancelling the excess insurance you might have purchased together with the rental.

There are different payment options available which are clearly stated in the booking process:

Yes. You can make a booking without a credit card. Note that, even if you choose to pay by debit card, you will have to provide a valid credit card in the driver's name at the time of pick-up since the rental agent requires a credit card for the take the rental deposit. Credit cards accepted for pick-up are MasterCard, Visa, and in some cases also American Express.
You can pay in your preferred currency, in first step of the booking process you can select in which currency you would like to make the payment.
Included in the rental price are most of the time Collision Damage Waiver, Third Party Liability Protection, Tax, Airport Fee, Unlimited Mileage and Breakdown Assistance. Please note that the costs included may vary depending on the car rental agent and destination country. The car rental agent may also choose to ask you for a deposit or excess at the rental desk. Make sure to check the Rental Conditions at the time of booking.

Once you complete your booking, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation within 48 hours via email. Please check to see if the email accidentally went into your email spam folder. If you haven't received the confirmation email please contact us.
This means that we still have to confirm the availability of the vehicle with the car rental agent. Once confirmed, we will send a booking confirmation. In cases where the requested vehicle is not available, we will contact you to advise you on other options.

99% of all our reservations are confirmed, however, you can still decide to cancel your reservation free of cost at this stage via our online portal "
Manage Booking ".
This means that unfortunately the car rental agent could not confirm the availability of the requested vehicle. If your reservation has been denied by the agent, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. If we cannot contact you we will set the status of your reservation to “denied”. To book another vehicle, just contact us.

If you have already paid a deposit during the booking and we are unsuccessful securing the requested vehicle, we will release the funds back on to your credit card immediately.

If you receive information that your booking has been provisionally confirmed, this means that we experienced some difficulty trying to charge the card you provided. This might be due to you providing us with incorrect card details, having insufficient funds on your card, your bank not authorising the transaction due to a limit on the card etc. If your booking status is set to provisionally confirmed, we will contact you to reprocess the transaction and confirm your booking.
The exact location of the car rental agent will be stated on the booking voucher which you will receive once your booking is confirmed. If you have selected an airport location, the pick-up location is usually directly in the terminal or can be reached via a short shuttle bus journey.
We recommend purchasing the excess reimbursement insurance at the time of booking. Our partner Allianz Insurance offers a complete excess reimbursement insurance package which is up to 50% cheaper than what you would pay at the rental supplier's desk. The insurance cost and conditions will be displayed at the time of booking.

Please note that, regardless of your insurance, the car rental agent will block the excess amount on your credit card as a deposit. If you return the vehicle undamaged, the deposit will be released immediately. In the unfortunate event that the car is damaged during the rental, the agent will retain the deposit in order to cover the cost. If you have Allianz insurance, you will be reimbursed for the insured amount charged by the car rental agent.

Make sure you have sufficient funds on your credit card at the time of pick-up to cover the deposit. The excess amount can vary depending on the rental conditions but will be clearly stated in your rental voucher.

All claims should be made directly with Allianz when you arrive back home from your trip. You will receive all documents and information needed to make a claim shortly after you purchase the insurance.
The car rental agent may choose to charge you for cross-border travel. Any fees will need to be paid at the rental desk in local currency. We will state whether cross-border travel is allowed and in which countries at the time of booking under Rental Conditions.
During the booking process, we will display images of similar cars in the same category. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the car rental agent will have the exact same model available. However, you are entitled to a vehicle in the same category, holding the same amount of passengers and with the same luggage capacity. If the car rental agent does not provide you with a car of the same category, you are entitled to a refund. For more information, please contact us.
The luggage capacity will be displayed at the time of booking with a symbol.
Yes. When searching for a car, you can use our search filters on the left hand side and choose to display cars with 'Automatic Transmission' only. The specific transmission type will be displayed with a symbol at the time of booking. Please note that outside of the US and Canada, many car rental agents only have limited availability for automatic cars.
If you notice that the reserved vehicle is damaged at pick-up, raise this issue with the car rental agent immediately and request an alternative. If the matter is not resolved, contact us so we can try and arrange a suitable substitute with the car rental agent. Any damages on the car might affect your excess if not addressed before the rental.

If your licence is not printed in the Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese) you will need to bring an international driving licence and your domestic licence. If you are renting abroad (outside the EU), an international drivers licence is usually required regardless of the alphabet. International driver's licences must be accompanied by the original domestic licence of the driver. UK licence holders need to present the photo card and the paper counterpart.
No. A copy of your licence will not be accepted by the car rental agent. The original document will need to be presented at pick-up.
The excess amount or "deposit" depends on the car rental agent and the rented vehicle and it will be released within 10-28 days after the rental if there has been no damage. We offer excess reimbursement insurance in association with Allianz Insurance which will allow you to claim for reimbursement in the event that you have been charged for collision damage or theft. This excess reimbursement insurance can be purchased at the time of booking.
You should receive the final rental invoice as soon as you drop the rented vehicle off. If you haven't received the final invoice at drop-off, please contact the car rental agent directly.
Cruises:
For bookiing a cruise use our  Cruise Search Engine :

1) Search cruise and availability:
Select the month, year, destination, departure port and the ship chosen.
Will show you a list of available dates within the selected month and the minimum prices for the each stateroom type.
Selecting the desired departure date, we will show you the complete itinerary, description of ship and deck plans, then you will have the option to choose the desired stateroom.

2) Enter the data:
After selecting the desired cabin, we will block the selected stateroom and you will have 15 minutes to enter the required data for passengers. You'll have the option to add the service on board, you will also have the option to add special services (choose a maximum 4 services per passenger ), then we will show the ID of the reservation (you can always retrieve your reservation by ID of reservation).
At the time of acceptance of the booking requires a payment (deposit or full payment) on account of an amount that is determined by the duration of the cruise.

Cruises 1-5 nights: 50 Euros per person
Cruises of 6-8 nights: 125 Euros per person
Cruises + 9 nights: 225 Euros per person

Full payment of the reservation must be made 45 days before of  the date of departure or at the time of acceptance of booking if acceptance occurs within 45 days prior to the date of departure.

3) Confirmation of booking:
Once the full payment of the reservation is made we will send you the cruise documents from 20 to 50 days before departure. The documents for groups and for the passengers that include airline reservations require additional steps and in this case the documents will be sent 30 days before departure.

Cancellation of your reservation:
Yes, you can, but keep in mind that such cancellation may involve a cancellation fee.
You'll pay the following cancellation charges. Insurance premiums and fees for changes can not be refunded in case of cancellation.

For departures on holiday dates (Christmas, New Year and Easter week) the cancellation fee will be the same as indicated but applicable to cancellations from 90 days before the departure date.
The passenger has the right to cancel the reservation at any time before departure and be entitled to the refund of the amounts that would have paid but in any case the passenger must pay the cancellation fee according to the table above, and expenses for management, if there are.

To cancel a cruise reservation, you must writing notify sending an e-mail to
booking@armanstravel.com  or via the form located on the link  Contact Us.

We recommend hiring a cancellation insurance, because without insurance, in case of cancellation, you will have to pay the cancellation fees. The price of insurance varies from 3% to 5% of the trip price and covers that expenses of cancellation.


Changes in your reservation:
Subject to availability, you can request changes in your reservation up to 30 days before the departure date. Will not be charged anything for the change provided if you notify to ArmansTravel before you accept the booking confirmation. The notification,  you must writing notify sending an e-mail to 
booking@armanstravel.com  or via the form located on the link  Contact Us, stating the name and age of the person who will replace you and confirming that you will be in charge of outstanding amounts, if there are, as well as an administrative fee of 30 euros per person.
After this date, you can ask for changes up to 15 days before departure. We will endeavor to try to satisfy your request for change, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to make the changes of your request.
If you request a change within 30 days prior to departure, we will consider it as a cancellation of your original booking and will apply cancellation charges  according to the table above. Changes will be considered as a new booking.

Passenger name changes:
If you or some of the passengers traveling with you can not make the cruise, you can freely give your place to someone else (selected by you that meets all the conditions required for the trip). In this case, as always that sent us the writing notification sending an e-mail to 
booking@armanstravel.com  or via the form located on the link  Contact Us at least 30 days before of your desire to make this change, you be allowed renaming and will be charged 30 euros in administrative expenses. Both the person who originally was going to travel and as the person that will travel, they must ensure that all administrative costs, charges, costs or any amount that has not been paid yet, be paid as scheduled.
Travel insurance:
All passengers must have a private and appropriate travel insurance and  before departure. We strongly recommend that you purchase a policy that covers the cancellation costs. On our website you can hire the required insurance through our insurance search engine.
If you do not want the insurance that we offer, either because you think it is not appropriate to your needs, or for any other reason, please purchase an insurance on your own account that will cover all risks of travel and the cancellation fees. Be sure to read your selected policy  before leaving and take it with you throughout the journey.

Cancellation insurance:
Cancellation insurance is not mandatory, but recommended, because without insurance, in case of cancellation, you will have to pay the cancellation fees. As for the price of insurance varies from 3% to 5% of the trip price and its will cover expenses of such cancellation.

Each guest can carry a maximum of 90 kilograms in personal property.

When you check in online, it saves time. You won't have to fill in any forms at the pier. When you and your party arrive, you'll just need your signed SetSail pass, identification documents, and credit card that you register online.

First, gather the following information for all the guests you're checking in:


 Ship, sailing date and Royal Caribbean reservation number
 Passport or appropiate proof of citizenship and identification
 Home address

Travel plans before and after your cruise
 Credit card for the Onboard Expense Account
TIP:
For security purposes, the system will time out after 30 minutes even though there is activity, so make sure you have everything listed above before you begin.

IMPORTANT: You must complete and print your SetSail Pass at the latest three days prior to your sail date.

The first are the cruise tickets that will be sent. Check the validity of your documents before departure. We recommend for your safety, your passport has validity at least for six months, until the end of your trip. Children and babies also must have their own passport. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate visas and have a valid passport at the time of boarding.
All damages which can arise due of necessary documentation will be on your own account, including cancellation fees and disruption caused by the start of the trip or not, and the derivatives of your eventual repatriation.

Important note: All travel documents (Passport, ID, Visa, etc.) Must be valid and in force on the dates of travel. Documents which have expired pending renewal or application (with official receipt), are not considered valid documents and involve the denial of boarding.

For those cruises with boarding in the United States, passengers will have to obtain corresponding authorization through ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).

Transfers:
For booking a transfer use our Transfer Request Form :

Fill the request form with all data (date, time, point of pick-up, etc..),

2) Budget:
After studying your application (maximum 12 hours) we will send you several budgets with all the details of your transfer.
